Reserve Bank of India to auction State Development Loans

Reserve Bank will conduct the auction for 10-year State Development Loans for six state governments aggregating to Rs 5833.300 crore on January 7.

The largest amount of Rs 2,000 crore is being raised by Maharashtra, followed by Uttar Pradesh Rs 1,100 crore, Gujarat Rs 1,000 crore, Kerala Rs 833.300 crore, Rajasthan Rs 600 crore and Himachal Pradesh Rs 300 crore.

The auction results would be announced on the same day and payment by successful bidders would be during banking hours on January 8.
