YUKOS auction cancelled

The auction sale of YUKOS’s transport and media assets scheduled for June 7 has been cancelled as no bids have been submitted, Alexander Komarov, the Press Secretary of the Russian Federal Property Fund, said. Bids had to be submitted between May 7 and June 5.
The lot’s starting price was almost RUR8,949.6m (approx. USD346.21m). This was the last of the lots determined by YUKOS’s creditor committee so far.
